These traditional Chinese health exercises promote good health and well-being through gentle, mindful movement, breathing and energy work. Your breathing, relaxation, balance and co-ordination will improve with practice helping you to nurture and care for yourself. This class is suitable for all ages. Tai Ji has been found to be beneficial for sufferers of arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, high blood pressure, asthma and many other conditions.
£80 for 10 weeks, payable in two installments.
