Basic digital photography
Ideal for people who have bought a digital camera and would like to learn the basics. This beginners course teaches the many basic technical aspects of digital photography, including camera modes, focal length, composition rules, white balance and finding your way around the menus. The course will then cover uploading your images to the computer. There are no formal entry requirements for this course. You must have access to a digital camera for the course

These traditional Chinese health exercises promote good health and well-being through gentle, mindful movement, breathing and energy work. Your breathing, relaxation, balance and co-ordination will improve with practice helping you to nurture and care for yourself. This class is suitable for all ages. Tai Ji has been found to be beneficial for sufferers of arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, high blood pressure, asthma and many other conditions.

In Sanskrit, yoga means to yoke, union of the mind, body and spirit. Akhanda means whole, indivisible.
Led by Catrin who is originally from Pontarddulais,and has spent the last 30 years working as a qualified nurse in the London Hospitals. She has returned to Wales to live next to the sea in beautiful Pembrokeshire and to teach yoga. She completed her yoga teacher training earlier this year with her teacher Yog Sundari/ Julia Anastasiou, which included spending a week in Rishikesh, India at the ashram with the Himalayan Yoga Master and designer of Akhanda Yoga Yogrishi Vishvketu. She is a member of Yoga Alliance UK.
